TeamLab Inc. will serve as the central corporate and management vehicle driving modern laboratory integration, workflow orchestration, and strategic client network expansion. Operating as the administrative and technological foundation, TeamLab will specialize in designing, scaling, and managing customized diagnostic environments for medical groups, physician office laboratories (POLs), and specialty clinical networks. By managing regulatory alignments, supply chain economics, and overarching contract structures, TeamLab will eliminate the operational friction typically associated with running complex laboratory frameworks, allowing healthcare providers to focus directly on patient care.

POC Laboratory will be a dedicated, clinical laboratory that will deliver high-complexity diagnostic capabilities, specializing in toxicology confirmation, clinical chemistry, and reference laboratory testing. Equipped with automated specialized analyzer platforms, cold-chain logistics networks, and direct CLIA and Medicare credentials, POC Laboratory will act as the physical backbone executing accurate, high-volume testing with rapid turnaround times for clinics, nursing homes, and regional healthcare providers.
The TeamLab & POC Lab Relationship
Together, TeamLab Inc. and POC Lab will operate as a unified dual-entity solution that seamlessly connects front-end corporate management with back-end laboratory execution. TeamLab will function as the parent holding and management structure—handling client relations, workflow design, vendor contract leverage, and network growth—while POC Lab will operate as the primary, accredited reference laboratory executing physical sample processing. This synergy will enable us to offer turnkey in-house laboratory management alongside an integrated "70/30" shared capacity buffer, ensuring client overflow and high-volume reference samples are processed seamlessly without operational bottlenecks or separate vendor friction.
